REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange your Noryan's products – as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging – within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. Please provide supporting images concerning your claim to Noryan's Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You may return any of our candles within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund as long as the candle has not yet been burned or removed from the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
A customer may return any diffusers (device) for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date they receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. However, this does not include cases of poor handling and incorrect product use. Also, diffuser malfunction due to use of oil other than Noryan’s voids the warranty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any diffusers (device) returned after 30 days. The diffuser (device) must be unused. You may return any of our oils for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.
Start-up Fees for all financing and Installment Programs are non-refundable.

Installment and Finance Programs
All installment and finance programs are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon in the agreement.
All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales, monthly subscription items and promotional offers.
Point of Purchase
Only items that have been purchased directly from Noryan, through our website, can be returned to Noryan. Noryan products purchased through other retailers, affiliates or distributers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact our customer care immediately at email@example.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide images of the damages incurred and retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to Noryan, please email support@Nor-yan.com to request a return authorization (RA) and mailing address. Once you receive the RA, please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Noryan is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange, whichever the case may be.
